Law of Gravity
Law of Gravity-What goes up must come down. Objects are attracted to each other.Gravity is either the bodies best friend or worst nightmare. If a body cannot handle gravity properly, movements will be slow, inefficent, and not precise because the body will move in the path of least resistance....no matter if the movement is good or bad/inefficent. The force that gravity applies to the body before and after movement takes place and effects literally every joint (700), bone (206), muscle (300), from the toenails to the fingertips. Not being able to sufficently handle gravity is due to limitations in stability, flexibiltiy/mobility, core strength, balance/posture which are also known as imbalances (strains, sprains, breaks). If gravity is able to be managed by the body, the body will respond like a rubber band or mouse trap...propelling the body forward...making the body's ability to decelerate and stabilize itself against how fast it is moving and in which ever direction it is moving. The body uses a combination of gravity, momentum, inertia, and ground reaction force to enhance proprioception (cummulative information to the brain) which increases reaction time (spending less time on the ground and time before the rubber band unloads.
